In order to meet the demands of faster business change cycles the Rules systems must integrate into existing infrastructure and compliance to have faster change cycles. By introducing effective principles, policy and guidelines the business can achieve faster change cycles while preserving the required governance in a banking/financial services environment. ABOUT THE SPEAKER(s):
Sam Paper is a Senior Vice President/Senior Architect at Bank of America focused on business-IT strategy alignment and execution of BPM and BRMS enablement. Sam has been in IT leadership roles for over 25 years, including financial, healthcare and government sectors. He is an OMG and Application Executive Council member, and is a member of NorthEast FL PMI regional chapter. Sam has a double Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Southern Illinois University 1983. He is PMP certified, and is presently completing his six sigma black belt.
